Open to Large and Small businesses. The event will include briefings from Tulsa District staff and opportunities to meet with Government representatives and other businesses.

Various levels of sponsorships and registration options are available.

Registration:

There are two separate Registration Page Links included below - Attendee/Speaker Registration and Sponsor Registration. If you are registering as a Sponsor, the normal registration(s) included for the chosen Sponsor Tier (e.g. 2 for Platinum) should be entered on the Sponsor Registration page. You may also register any additional firm attendees on the Sponsor Registration page.

A block of guestrooms was set aside at the Renaissance Tulsa Hotel through January 30, 2024, and you can reserve yours HERE.

 


Additional information will be posted here as they become available.

 

Sponsor Setup starts February 6 from 4:00PM to 7:00PM and also on February 7 from 7:00AM to 8:30AM. You can take down anytime after about 6 PM Wednesday, or anytime on Thursday. You don’t have to be there the second day. If you need to ship items to the Hotel, please use the address at the top of this page and identify it as going to the SAME Industry Day conference.
